His daring handwriting was discovered when he created the first Comme des Garçons Fragrance. After, he was quickly recognized in the "Haute Parfumerie" and participated to artistic projects such as MoslBuddjewChirstHinDao, a "Unifaith" fragrance, "Whole lot of non-scents" book by Chandler Burr.

It was in a little confidential workshop in the middle of Paris, a place of research much like a laboratory is, that MARK BUXTON fragrances were born. Traditionally hand-made with the utmost creative freedom, these fragrances hold the very best materials, all of which are meticulously chosen and measured.
There, the profession of perfumer links back to its origins in nobility, with the artisanal process at the heart of the operation.
Marketing and trends do not have their place here. From a blank sheet of paper, each olfactory partition is decided upon by the desires and visions of the two master perfumers. Raw materials fall into place much like a puzzle, with no piece left out of place. The notes are chosen, and harmonies conceived all for the sole purpose of delivering an olfactory melody and to give skin itself an emotion.
